The standardized Auditing Process
- Our certified auditor conducts an analysis of the framework contract of the client and agency.
- We request all relevant written informations to perform our KPI based audit.
- Guided interviews provide us with additional informations.
- After the first half of the audit we inform in an executive summary agency and client about our findings.
- At the end of the audit we communicate recommended actions based upon our findings. We present them personally to both parties involved in a joint meeting.
